Ankita Asai

Ankita Asai is an accomplished entrepreneur with a robust background in technology and commerce. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Heads Up For Tails since June 2024, Ankita is focused on building the organization. Previously, as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at DusMinute from July 2019 to May 2024, Ankita played a pivotal role in developing a hyperlocal commerce platform catering to gated communities. Additionally, as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Gapoon from February 2015 to May 2024, Ankita contributed to subscription-based services for infrastructure maintenance, significantly impacting the B2B market. Ankita’s career began at Schlumberger, where experiences as both a Wireline Field Engineer and an intern provided foundational engineering skills and industry insights. Educationally, Ankita holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, complemented by early education at St. Joseph's Convent School in Bhopal.
