Bryan Shupe

Bryan Shupe, CPA, CA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Heads Up Technologies, a private equity-owned aerospace manufacturing company in Dallas, Texas, where responsibilities include overseeing financial and IT strategies to enhance corporate development and value creation. In addition, Bryan serves as an Advisor for Charger.dev, a fintech company. Prior to these roles, Bryan founded and led Overlay, which became the first private equity-specific data solution, culminating in its acquisition by Charger.dev. Bryan's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Restructuring at Deloitte, where Bryan collaborated with management on turnaround strategies, and as a Staff Accountant in Audit at Ernst & Young. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Accounting from Dalhousie University and has achieved the Chartered Accountant designation from CPA Canada.
