Charo Lorente is an experienced Clinical Research Associate with a career spanning over two decades in the clinical research field. Currently serving as a CRA Manager at Heads since June 2023, Charo oversees multiple Myeloma Studies in Austria, France, Germany, and the Netherlands, managing projects from the start-up phase to close-out visits. Prior to this role, Charo worked at ICON Strategic Solutions from May 2016 to June 2023 as a Lead CRA/Senior Clinical Research Associate, where responsibilities included conducting various site visits and mentoring new colleagues. Charo's earlier experience includes positions at PRA Health Sciences, NUVISAN The Science CRO, and INC Research, where tasks encompassed roles as Clinical Research Associate II, Clinical Research Associate, and Clinical Trial Assistant, respectively.
