Joseph Living

Joseph Living has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Joseph started their career at AT&T Mobility in 2005 as a Retail Sales Manager, where they worked till 2014. In 2014, they joined UnifiedCommunications.com as a Sales Engineer and provided companies with communication devices and collaboration solutions. Joseph then moved up to the role of Sales Engineering Manager in 2020. In 2022, they became a Principal Engineer and later took on the role of Director of Engineering in 2023 at UnifiedCommunications.com.

Joseph Living attended Houston Christian University from 2004 to 2007, where they studied accounting. Joseph does not have a degree from this institution. In addition to their formal education, Joseph Living has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the Contact Center Sales Certification and the Unified Communications Sales Certification from Plantronics. In 2015, they became a Kemp Qualified Engineer through KEMP Technologies. In 2017, they were certified as a Certified Technology Specialist by AVIXA. Most recently, in November 2022, Joseph Living obtained the Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional Exam Badge from Microsoft, followed by the Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional 2023 Exam certification in July 2023.
