Michael Mitgang

Michael Mitgang is the Founder and Managing Director of WGD Capital/WGD Partners, established in 2014, focused on investing in and managing a portfolio of innovative businesses within the cannabis industry. Mitgang's investment ventures include Lykos Therapeutics, which aims to transform mental health care, Katalys, an advertising technology platform, and Bloomfield Robotics, specializing in AI-driven imaging technology for specialty crops. Additional investments span Birchmount Network, SōRSE Technology, Petalfast, Headset, The Blinc Group, and Elevated Signals, each recognized for their contributions to the cannabis sector and technology solutions. Michael Mitgang holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BASc in Systems Design Engineering and Management Science from the University of Waterloo.
