Imogen Coles is an experienced professional in workforce education and training, currently serving as the National Manager Workforce Education & Training at headspace since February 2022. Prior to this role, Imogen worked at Cricket Australia as the National Resource and Training Manager, where collaborative efforts with various stakeholder groups enhanced Community Cricket's training offerings and developed educational webinars during the pandemic. Imogen's tenure also includes positions as Education Development Lead at PlayHQ Sports, Community & Education Manager - APAC at Culture Amp, Senior Program Coordinator at Natural Training, and National Program Coordinator at Hub Australia. Imogen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Deakin University, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Melbourne Polytechnic, and a Bachelor's degree in Performing and Screen Arts from Unitec.
