Alki Antonopoulou is a Learning Design Manager at Headspring by Financial Times & IE Business School since March 2022, specializing in bespoke learning experiences for leaders. Antonopoulou has extensive experience as a Learning Design Advisor at Pegneon S.A., advising on learning design and integrating learning theories into game concepts. Previous roles include Senior Learning Experience Designer at ZISHI Cornerstone, where methods for blended learning were developed, and Instructional Designer at Divido, focusing on educational materials for clients in the finance sector. Antonopoulou's background includes positions such as Instructional Designer at BCA College, where user experiences for learning platforms were designed, and Evaluation and Research Intern at the Museum of Science and Industry. Antonopoulou holds a Masters in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from New York University.
