Carlos Ayon

Carlos Ayon has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they will be joining Blackstone as an Incoming 2024 Summer Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at HeadStart Fellowship as the Chief Operating Officer from September 2023 to present. Carlos also held various roles at HeadStart Fellowship, including VP of Admissions from July 2022 to September 2023, VP of Community from May 2022 to May 2023, and Spring 2022 Fellow from January 2022 to May 2022. Carlos was also involved with Texas HBSA, where they served as the Company Field Trip Chair from August 2023 to present and as a Member since August 2021. Carlos previously held the role of Company Field Trip Chair from August 2021 to May 2022. Carlos has also worked as a Summer Analyst at Evercore in 2023 and 2022. In 2022, they were a Discovery Intern at Deloitte. In 2021, Carlos was a Project Proximate Fellow at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2021 to March 2022.

Carlos Ayon graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, from 2021 to 2025. Prior to attending university, they attended Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory of Houston from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, Carlos also obtained certifications in Recalc Finance Accelerator, Accounting Fundamentals, and Reading Financial Statements from Recalc Academy and Corporate Finance Institute® in 2022.
