Jemima Joy Gbadago is a Junior Researcher at City University of Hong Kong since August 2016, focusing on the motivational factors of Korean migrants to Hong Kong and reviewing literature on migrant workers. Core responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, participant recruitment, developing survey questionnaires, conducting in-depth interviews, and writing reports.
