Karina Meiklejohn

Karina Meiklejohn, MPA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Revenue Operations at The Headstrong Project, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Karina held multiple roles at VOW for Girls from 2023 to October 2025, including Director and Manager of Philanthropy Operations, as well as Revenue Operations Associate. In early 2025, Karina worked as a Consultant at Ermon Consulting. From 2020 to 2023, Karina was a Major Gift Officer and Assistant Director of Young Alumni Giving at Villanova University's College of Engineering. Additional experience includes serving as Donor Engagement Manager and Development Associate at Moore College of Art and Design and the Philadelphia Orchestra Association, respectively. Earlier roles include Manager and Librarian at the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes and Studio Instructor at Robert M. Sides, Inc. Karina holds a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University, along with additional certificates in City Management and Fundraising from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
