Headstrong Project
Rachel Micol, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist and owner of Collaborative Psychology Center, LLC, since January 2020. Currently serving as a clinical partner at The Headstrong Project since December 2021, Rachel has previously held positions as a clinical psychology postdoctoral fellow and intern at VA Boston Healthcare System from August 2017 to August 2019. With extensive academic training from The University of Tulsa, where Rachel completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2018, a Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2015, and was a Bellwether Fellow, Rachel's dissertation focused on the unique stressful experiences of sexual minority veterans and active duty service members. Early career experiences include roles as a lab manager, research assistant, and client support counselor at various institutions, including the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center of Howard County and the University of Maryland.
