Gabriella N. has extensive experience in customer experience and community development, currently serving as the CX Enablement Lead at Headway since March 2022, where progression through roles has included Senior Associate and Associate positions. Prior to this, Gabriella worked at Open Hand Atlanta as a Donor Relations Coordinator from April 2020 to March 2022, and served as a Community Development Advisor with the Peace Corps from June 2019 to February 2020.
