Jake Poses is an experienced product leader with a strong background in product management, design, and marketing. Currently serving as VP, Head of Product at Headway since February 2025, Jake oversees the Product organization, including product management, design, and marketing efforts. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product at LinkedIn, where Jake led teams focused on feed experiences and short-form video, and Director of Product at Jumprope, a platform for creating and sharing how-to videos, which was acquired by LinkedIn in 2021. As Co-Founder and CEO of Jumprope, Jake grew the platform to 2 million monthly viewers and established partnerships with major companies. Jake's earlier experience includes VP of Product at Thumbtack and roles at Bain Capital and the Boston Consulting Group. Jake holds an MBA from Stanford University and a degree from Duke University.
