Jake Poses

Jake Poses is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as VP and Head of Product at Headway since February 2025, Jake oversees Product Management, Design, and Marketing. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of Senior Director of Product at LinkedIn from September 2021 to February 2025, leading initiatives related to feed experience and video content. Before joining LinkedIn, Jake co-founded Jumprope, where as CEO, the company focused on enabling creators to produce how-to videos, ultimately leading to its acquisition by LinkedIn. Jake's earlier experience includes serving as VP of Product at Thumbtack, where responsibilities encompassed product vision and strategy, and as an Associate in Private Equity at Bain Capital. Jake's academic background includes studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a degree from Duke University.
