Raymond Counter

Raymond Counter is a seasoned professional in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Headwin International Logistics since July 2014. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President of Regional Sales and Vice President of Mid-South Operations at Toll Global Forwarding, overseeing sales and operations across major regions including Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Miami. Prior roles at BALtrans Logistics Inc. involved station management and sales management, culminating in a Vice President role after the company's acquisition by Toll Group in 2008. Raymond's career commenced at Singapore Airlines, where responsibilities included managing passenger handling and coordinating cargo operations. Raymond holds education from the World Trade Institute of Pace University and has attended MCC.
