Ayelet Connell

Ayelet Connell is an accomplished Paleo and gluten-free chef, blogger, and natural health expert with extensive experience in wellness and integrative therapy. Since January 2020, Ayelet has served as the Program & Education Manager as well as the Executive Chef & Kitchen Manager at Healing Meals Community Project. Ayelet founded Simply Paleo with Ayelet Connell PhD in January 2018, providing baking mixes and expert guidance in nutrition. Previous roles include Owner and President of Integrative Wellness & Physical Therapy from May 2014 to May 2018, Dean at the Connecticut School of Integrative Manual Therapy from January 2008 to April 2014, and Practice Manager & Director of Pediatrics at Regional Physical Therapy from January 2000 to April 2014. Ayelet Connell holds a PhD in Neuro-pediatrics with a focus on Autism and Learning Disabilities from Union Institute & University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford.
