Healing Meals Community Project
Maria Bloom has a diverse background in technology and human resources, with significant experience in system design and implementation. Currently, Maria is involved in Salesforce implementation at Healing Meals Community Project since June 2020. Previous roles include Information Technology Consultant at Umajin for a short term in early 2020, and IT Consultant at Vision Technologies, LLC from January 2010 to May 2018, focusing on health insurance systems. Additionally, Maria served as HR Director at Accenture's Hartford office from June 1984 to July 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources for a 400-person team and managing enterprise systems projects as a Senior Manager in Technology. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Computer Science from Cornell University.

Healing Meals Community Project
Healing Meals prepares and delivers organic meals for individuals and families in CT dealing with a health crisis. We cook for the entire family for three months. Uniquely, all our meals are prepared by youth volunteers working alongside our Adult Mentors and Executive Chef. These delicious and nutritious meals are delivered by our volunteer Delivery Angels. We are an affiliate of Ceres Community Project in Sonoma County, CA.
