Diana Kahler, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Science from Towson University. Diana attended Towson University from 1999 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, Diana pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management at Strayer University. Diana completed their MBA program at Strayer University from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Diana has obtained additional certifications to enhance their expertise in the field of Human Resources. Diana earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute in May 2012. Furthermore, Diana obtained the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in September 2015.
