Alexis Hampton

Alexis Hampton is a Healthcare Engagement Specialist at Healing Transitions, bringing extensive experience as an Adoption Social Worker from previous roles with Johnston County Government and the County of Onslow, North Carolina. Alexis also served as a CAP/DA Case Manager at Onslow County Senior Services and worked as a Home Health and Hospice Social Worker at Onslow County Home Health and Hospice.
