Thomas Gorissen

Thomas Gorissen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Thomas started off as an Organizer at JSConf Asia, where they played a key role in growing it into Southeast Asia's largest web and mobile developer conference. Thomas then worked as an Advisor at Uilicious, a company focused on enhancing the reliability and performance of digital solutions through automated user journey testing.

Thomas later became the CTO at Healint, a digital health startup specializing in migraines and headaches. In this role, they prepared the platform for rapid growth and expansion of digital services for industry partners. Thomas also joined Soho Property App as the Head of Web Platform, where they helped build and scale the app to serve the property industries in Australia and Singapore.

Additionally, Thomas served as an Advisor at CACHE, assisting in scaling their capabilities in alternative asset digitization. Thomas also worked as an Advisor and CTO Training at Glints, a platform focused on scaling product and technology development processes in multiple countries.

Prior to these roles, Thomas held positions such as Advisor and CTO Training at PouchNATION, Web Platform Consultant at DBS Bank, and Technology Consultant at Standard Chartered Bank. Thomas also served as the Head of Platform and Developer Evangelism at Temasys Communications, where they developed and promoted a platform for real-time audio, video, and data capabilities.

Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in web development, technology scaling, and product and technology advisory roles.

Thomas Gorissen earned a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technologies from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, graduating in 2007 after completing their studies from 2003 to 2007.
