Adrienne Green serves as the Lead Operations Specialist at Healios since September 2021, collaborating with various teams to enhance clinical delivery and performance. Responsibilities include data analysis, liaising with external agencies, and creating supportive documents, while also fostering strong cross-departmental relationships. Adrienne spearheads project initiatives such as in-house mentorships and recruitment tools, aimed at increasing operational efficiency. Additionally, Adrienne holds the role of Business Coordinator at Autism Assessment UK and has previously worked in several key coordination positions within the healthcare sector, including as a Student Nurse Placement Coordinator and Neurodevelopment Service Coordinator at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. Adrienne has a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Health Studies from the University of Worcester.
