Jake Greenwood

Jake Greenwood is an experienced platform engineer currently working at Healios since August 2021, where Jake transitioned into a Platform Engineering role focused on architecting and developing Cloud Native solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices and security principles that led to IOS27001 and CyberEssentials+ certifications. Prior to this role, Jake served as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing significantly to a scaling team and leading new initiatives within agile frameworks. At Student Beans, from June 2018 to August 2021, Jake was a key member of the Backend development team, managing and developing various services and features. Jake's early career includes serving as a Graduate Developer for the UK Government and as a Personal Assistant at the University of Lincoln, where guidance and support were provided to undergraduate students in computer science and game development classes. Educationally, Jake holds an MSc by Research in Computer Science and a degree in Games Computing from the University of Lincoln.
