Mike Catton

Mike Catton is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Healios since November 2015, Mike has previously held the position of Regional Business Manager at Janssen and various roles at sanofi-aventis from January 2002 to May 2013, including Sales & Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland. In the latter role, Mike led a business unit of 20 individuals, demonstrated P&L accountability, and consistently exceeded sales budgets. Mike has a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, operational plans, and sales targets across multiple healthcare sectors.
