Shola Powell is a highly experienced DEI Consultant at Healios since September 2023, previously serving as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the British Medical Association from June 2018 to September 2023. In this role, Shola managed multiple internal stakeholders, established networks for underrepresented groups, and led the corporate EDI team to implement the EDI strategy. Additional experience includes serving as a Corporate Development Officer and CSER and charities manager at the British Medical Association, as well as various roles at Georgetown University and Forum for the Future. Shola holds a Master of Science in Anthropology and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and French from Georgetown University.
