Ran Sela

Ran Sela has a diverse work experience in the medical technology field. Ran is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Healium Medical, a company based in Yokneam, Israel that specializes in developing contactless guided ablation solutions for atrial fibrillation treatment. Prior to this, they worked at St. Jude Medical as a System Project Manager, where they were involved in a multi-site development project focused on improving intra-cardiac magnetic navigation procedures. Ran also served as a Technical Project Manager at St. Jude Medical, leading the development and integration of navigational sensors into medical devices used in cardiovascular procedures. Before that, they were an R&D Engineer at MediGuide and the CEO of Microvascular Eye Technology, where they were responsible for product development, manufacturing processes, clinical collaborations, regulatory approvals, and financial management. Ran also worked as a Technical Support Manager at Image Works.

Ran Sela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York in 2002. Ran later pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2005.
