Rahul Varghese

Rahul Varghese is a seasoned professional in work health safety and risk management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as National WHS Systems/Performance Lead at Healius Limited since August 2022, Rahul previously held positions in work health safety and risk consulting at Marsh McLennan, and as WHS Coordinator for Healius Limited. Prior experience includes roles such as WHSE Advisor at Pact Group Holdings Ltd, HSE/FCM Coordinator at Bosch Rexroth Australia, and a substantial tenure at Bosch India, where responsibilities encompassed EHS coordination, fire protection management, and business continuity across multiple facilities. Rahul began a career in technology as a Systems Engineer at IBM Global Business Services. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
