Holly Ballard

Holly Ballard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client operations and management. Since February 2017, Holly has held multiple roles at Healix, including Client Operations Manager and Client Services Coordinator, focusing on customer service and claims management. Prior to Healix, Holly worked at Next Ltd for nearly six years, progressing from Stockroom Assistant to Stockroom Manager, overseeing delivery operations and staff. Holly also has experience in production roles with Eurosport, where responsibilities included supporting on-site teams during events. Earlier career experience includes managing a store for Lipsy London. Holly earned a degree in Broadcast Media from the University of Brighton and completed A-Levels in Media Studies at Esher Sixth Form College.
