Ashley Dillingham

Ashley Dillingham is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in wound healing, case management, and social work. As the Program Director at Healogics, Inc. since April 2022, Ashley leads a high-performing team at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital Wound Healing Center, focusing on enhancing patient experience and exceeding clinical KPIs. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital from August 2015 to April 2022, including Manager of Case Management and Outreach Representative, where responsibilities included expanding referral networks and providing education on healthcare services. Earlier experience includes roles at Memorial Hospital - Belleville, IL, and Youth Villages, where Ashley managed clinical teams and provided direct support to vulnerable populations.
