Frank Williams

Frank Williams, Chief Executive Officer, is an accomplished leader with a wealth of experience within healthcare and finance. Frank fuels a vision of strategic growth in advanced wound care services that fully integrates the special community of patients, physicians, hospitals and suppliers together with payers. He delivers new revenue-generating and cost-cutting solutions for Healogics hospital partners. At the same time, he is focused on enhancing exceptional patient experience delivered at Healogics Wound Care Centers with high-quality, population-based solutions for those living with complex wounds. Prior to being promoted to Chief Executive Officer, Frank served as CFO and was responsible for the comprehensive management of their finance organization including the ongoing development of appropriate control systems, reporting, and short- and long-term financial strategies.

With a career spanning over 30 years of healthcare and finance management experience, Frank previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adeptus Health. At Adeptus Health, Frank was responsible for the oversight of a business that included over 85 satellite emergency departments, six community hospitals, and its physician staffing business. Previously, he served as CFO of Adeptus and managed the reorganization of the Company.

Williams earned his Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and Bachelor of Arts in History at Southern Methodist University.
