Sophie Brac de la Perrière

As a Project Manager, they were responsible for assessing new opportunities, conducting financial analysis and valuations, coordinating internal teams, and leading negotiations.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Analyst in gas purchasing pilot project at Dalkia Utility from January 2002 to July 2002, and as a Junior Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions at Sanofi-Synthelabo from April 2001 to July 2001. During their role at Sanofi-Synthelabo, they were involved in the sale of a pharmaceutical laboratory and conducted comparative studies on acquisitions' rules in China and Japan.
