Margaret (Meg) Winchester, PhD, MSc, serves as a Senior Editor and Consulting Editor at Health Affairs since September 2021. Currently affiliated with Dickinson College as a Dean's Fellow, Margaret contributes to the Health Studies Certificate Program and the Dickinson in England study abroad initiative, having held various academic positions including Assistant Research Professor and Postdoctoral Scholar in Health Geography at Penn State University from 2012 to 2018. Previous experiences include a Visiting Lecturer role at Makerere University and consultancy positions at the Center for AIDS Research and the Center for Social Science Research on AIDS (CeSSRA). Educational qualifications include a PhD in Medical Anthropology and an MSc in Public Health from prestigious institutions.
