Aileen Paterson

Aileen Paterson has extensive experience in sales operations and facilities coordination. Since September 2016, Aileen has worked at Health Alliance Plan, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Manager of Individual & Medicare Sales Operations. Prior to this role, Aileen gained valuable experience as a Facilities Coordinator at Microsoft and CBRE, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, event logistics, and customer satisfaction. Aileen's background also includes a role as a Millworks Expeditor at United Home Services, where coordination with installers and customer follow-up were key. A strong foundation in customer service was established during a tenure as Head Cashier at The Home Depot, where Aileen led teams and managed scheduling. Aileen holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Management/Marketing & Applied Management from Schoolcraft College.
