Kevin Coughlin

Kevin Coughlin has over 25 years of experience in the IT and business intelligence sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence and Managed Care Support at Health Alliance Plan since 1999. In this role, Kevin oversees the design and maintenance of business intelligence systems and tools, as well as application development within operational systems related to medical management and contract management. Prior experience includes managing teams for Medical and Business Informatics applications and leading day-to-day operations for managed care systems. Prior to Health Alliance Plan, Kevin worked as an independent IT consultant and held positions at Accenture, focusing on Oracle Financials and system implementations across various industries. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, specializing in Business, Management, and Marketing.
