Miranda Strongman

Miranda Strongman is currently serving as an Enterprise Operations Intern at Health Alliance Plan since May 2023, focusing on business process redesign, automation opportunities, and improving customer experience through analysis of repeat callers. Previously, Miranda held the position of Administrative Assistant at Clarkston Smiles from May 2021 to August 2022, where responsibilities included scheduling dental appointments, updating medical records, and advising patients on dental procedures while exceeding objectives in billing and records management. Miranda is pursuing a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management at Valparaiso University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Long Island University.
