Philip Varghese

Philip Varghese is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in programming, system analysis, and technical support. Currently serving as a Lead Programmer Analyst at Health Alliance Plan since December 2014, Philip manages voice applications for various contact centers, utilizing expertise in systems such as Open Scape contact center and Genesys IVR. Previous roles include Solution Architect at Tech Mahindra, where Philip led financial implementations and data migrations, and a Programmer Analyst at Champion Home Builders, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and various system integrations. With additional experience at Freudenberg-NOK, Kmart Corporation, and The Amiri Court, Philip brings a comprehensive skill set in application development and systems management, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Kerala.
