Gita Krishnaswamy

Gita Krishnaswamy is currently the Deputy Director at Health & Medicine Policy Research Group. Prior to this, Gita held various roles at the University of Washington from Acting Director to Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Health Services. Gita has a diverse background in education and public health, having taught courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels, and worked in various capacities in different organizations focusing on health and education. Gita holds degrees in Cell & Molecular Biology, English Literature, Secondary Teaching & Learning, and a Master's in Community-Oriented Public Health Practice.
