Dan Williamson MMRS UXC is an experienced user research and UX design professional currently serving as the User Research and UX Design team lead at the Health and Safety Executive since April 2022. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of User Research and Interaction Design Lead at the DVLA from August 2011 to April 2022, where leadership included a team of senior user researchers and interaction designers. Additionally, Dan founded UX@DVLA, a specialized high-spec UX facility dedicated to enhancing user experience.
