Giacomo Grassi

Giacomo Grassi has significant experience in user experience and design roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of User Experience and Digital Process at INPS, where they focus on creating an inclusive and effective digital presence for the organization. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Design Studio at Vodafone and the Head of Design and User Experience at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. giacomo also gained experience as a User Experience Strategist at Bitmama and as a Teacher at SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design. Additionally, they worked as a researcher at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and as a self-employed web designer. Overall, they have a strong background in UX, design, and digital strategy, having worked with notable brands such as Armani, Valentino, Ferrari, Fiat, Vodafone, and more.

Giacomo Grassi has an education history that includes a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence for Public Services from Politecnico di Milano, obtained between 2023 and 2024. giacomo also holds a certified scrum product owner designation from the Scrum Alliance, earned in 2020.
