Jon Mack

Jon Mack is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Senior Enforcement Lawyer at the Health and Safety Executive since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading the legal team for Crown and magistrates' court prosecutions in London and Southeast England, particularly in complex work-related incidents and investigations. Previous roles include Principal Lawyer in the Proceeds of Crime unit at the Serious Fraud Office from January 2015 to May 2022, focusing on mutual legal assistance and cryptocurrency cases, as well as serving as a Case Controller and Principal Investigative Lawyer in white collar crime and corruption prosecutions. Additional experience includes a secondment at the National Crime Agency and working as a barrister at Blackfriars Chambers. Jon Mack holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southampton, a Master of Laws from the University of Kent, and has completed barrister training at City St George’s, University of London.
