Joshua Paulin

Joshua Paulin is a Policy Advisor at the Health and Safety Executive since July 2023, with prior experience as an Operations Manager at TYNEHEALTH LIMITED and the Integrated Covid Hub North East. Joshua has a strong background in policy analysis and strategic planning from a role as a Policy Advisor at Land Information New Zealand, where responsibilities included preparing briefings concerning the Crown Property portfolio. Joshua also has research experience as a Research Technician at Newcastle University and as a Doctoral Researcher at UCL, where a PhD in Neuroscience was obtained. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Neuroscience and a BSc in Neuroscience, both from UCL.
