Michael Padua

Michael Padua is a dedicated professional with a strong background in business improvement and logistics. Currently serving as a Change and Business Improvement Analyst at Health and Safety Executive since August 2022, Michael previously held the position of Business Improvement Coordinator at Greencore, where a pipeline of improvement projects for 17 depots was developed and KPIs were implemented to measure performance.
