Theresa Berggren

Theresa Berggren's work experience began in 2003 as an Arbetsmiljökonsult at Arbetsmiljöhuset Stockholm, where they provided consultancy and training services in systematic work environment management until 2006. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an HR-generalist and Vice butikschef at INTERSPORT Sverige. After that, they joined Stadium and held various roles such as HR advicer, Butikschef, and Senior HR advicer from 2007 to 2016.

In 2017, Theresa became an HR Manager at FCM Travel Solutions, leading the HR operations in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. Theresa was responsible for recruitment, managerial support, coaching, negotiation, and training, as well as implementing HR projects to achieve business goals. Theresa was part of the Nordic management team until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Theresa worked as an HRBP (konsultuppdrag) at Health and Sports Nutrition Group AB. Theresa then moved to Orkla Sverige in 2020, also as an HRBP (konsultuppdrag). Currently, since September 2022, they hold the position of Head of HR at Health and Sports Nutrition Group AB.

Theresa Berggren has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended Stockholm University, where they studied Personal och arbetsliv until 2004. In 2007, they enrolled in Coach 2 coach for a specific training program. In 2008, they pursued Situationsanpassat ledarskap. In 2012, they completed a course on Grundläggande projektledning. In 2013 and 2014, they took part in the Stadium Leadership Academy. Additionally, in 2011, they participated in a program called Ledarskapets 5 utmaningar. However, no specific degrees or fields of study are provided for any of these education experiences.
