Heather Jussup

Heather Jussup has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources & Talent Strategy at Health Association Nova Scotia, which they have been in since 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Heather was a Human Resources Manager at BioVectra Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Heather also served as an HR Generalist at PepsiCo from 2013 to 2018 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Securitas Transport Aviation Security Ltd. from 2012 to 2013. Heather began their career at Shannex Incorporated in 2007, where they held the positions of Human Resources Coordinator from 2007 to 2012 and Employee Relations Coordinator from 2007 to 2009.

Heather Jussup obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University, where they attended from 2002 to 2008. In 2012, they received the CPHR certification from CPHR Nova Scotia. Additionally, they have a CHRP certification from the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia. Heather also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary's University.
