Dale Darling, KC has extensive experience in legal counsel, particularly in labour relations and employment matters. Since 2012, Dale has served as Legal Counsel for the Health Association Nova Scotia, representing health care sector employers in arbitrations, mediations, and contract negotiations. Prior to this role, from 1997 to 2011, Dale was Senior Legal Counsel at the Nova Scotia Department of Justice, where appearances were made before all levels of courts in the province, focusing on civil litigation and employment issues. Dale holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, a Master's Degree in English from Queen's University, and a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in English from Mount Allison University.
