Todd Caldwell has a diverse work history, starting as a commercial fisherman before transitioning to work as a Biomed at Cape Breton District Health Authority. Currently, Todd serves as the Clinical Engineering Regional Manager at Health Association Nova Scotia, where Todd initiated a Diagnostic Imaging technical support program to reduce costs and provide on-site support for critical equipment.
