Tracy McPhee has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Health Association Nova Scotia since 2003. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at Stewart McKelvey in Halifax from 2002 to 2003 and was an Associate Lawyer in the labour and employment department at McMillan LLP from July 1999 to August 2002. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Labour Relations at Lennox Industries from May 1998 to July 1999 and completing an articling term at Miller Thomson LLP from June 1996 to June 1997. Tracy holds a Law degree from Dalhousie University, obtained between 1991 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the same institution from 1989 to 1991.
