Adrienne de la O

Adrienne De La O, RN, COS-C, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Health at Home, a position held since November 2016, with a focus on private duty, home health, and outpatient rehab services. Prior experience includes roles as Branch Director at Encompass Home Health & Hospice and Nurse Surveyor at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. Adrienne has also held nursing leadership positions as Director of Nursing/Alternate Administrator at Alpha Home Health, Director of Nursing at New Dimensions Home Healthcare Plus, and has clinical experience as a staff nurse in neuro/trauma and neuro/surgical ICUs at Memorial Hermann Health System and Christus Spohn Health System, respectively. Adrienne earned an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing from San Jacinto College from 2006 to 2007, with prior studies at the same institution in 2003.
