Karen Hogan, CTS, CPC, serves as the Senior Talent Director at Health By Design since September 2021. Prior to this role, Karen worked at Beck-Field & Associates as a Senior Consultant from April 2003 to September 2021. Earlier in Karen's career, from March 1995 to April 2003, Karen was the Branch Manager at Bexar County Medical Society and Related Companies. Karen holds a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
