Ed Morgan

Ed Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and policy development. Currently serving as the Director General of Policy, Planning, and International at Health Canada since October 2015, Ed has held various significant roles, including Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at the Privy Council Office from February 2010 to October 2015. Prior experiences include serving as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Minister at Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and working as Counsel to the Deputy Secretary to Cabinet at the Privy Council Office. Ed began a legal career as Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice Canada from November 2000 to May 2004. Ed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, earned between 1994 and 1997.
