Heba A.

Heba A. currently serves as the Manager of Policy Analysis at Health Canada since June 2022 and has been the Managing Director at A&Y Proper Holdings Inc. since February 2010, overseeing property management and leasing negotiations in Ottawa East. Previously, Heba A. was a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Advisor for the Government of Canada and held a role as Senior Program Evaluator and Methodologist at the Canada Revenue Agency for over a decade. Notable leadership includes chairing the CRA Young Professionals Network, where strategic plans for career development and networking were implemented, and serving as President of the Egyptian Canadian Cultural Association of Ottawa, enhancing youth engagement. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and Government and Psychology from Carleton University.
