Jessica Bailey-Wheaton

Jessica Bailey-Wheaton is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Health Capital Consultants since August 2013. In addition to their role at Health Capital Consultants, Jessica has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Maryville University of Saint Louis, teaching Healthcare Law, Ethics, and Risk Management for the Master’s in Health Administration Program from May 2019 to December 2023. Previous experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at Anderson & Gilbert L.C., an Extern for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a Library Legal Intern at the Supreme Court of Missouri. Jessica holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law, with a focus on Health Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Foreign Languages from West Virginia University.
